About the Role

Alignerr is seeking skilled Software Engineers to contribute to advanced AI training projects focused on improving the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI-generated code. What You’ll Do

• Develop, troubleshoot, test, and optimize software solutions using different programming languages and frameworks.
• Assess AI-generated code for technical accuracy, efficiency, readability, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
• Detect programming errors, logical inconsistencies, security vulnerabilities, and potential performance issues.
• Prepare detailed technical feedback explaining code functionality, identified problems, and recommended improvements.
• Create complex programming exercises, test cases, and edge-case scenarios to evaluate AI coding performance gulf jobs.
• Review and compare multiple AI-generated solutions, ranking them according to software engineering quality and effectiveness.
• Complete assigned projects independently while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and established quality standards.

Who You Are

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or an equivalent technology.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and fundamental development principles.
• Ability to develop clean, structured, and efficient code while evaluating existing solutions critically.
• Excellent analytical thinking, debugging capabilities, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and programming decisions clearly.
• Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and maintaining productivity without continuous supervision jobs in UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
