Job Overview

ServiceNow is hiring an experienced Senior Solution Consultant – Autonomous Risk & Security to support its growing Identity & Security business in Riyadh. The role involves partnering with sales teams and enterprise customers to design solutions that strengthen identity governance, improve security operations, reduce business risks, and enhance regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with consultative selling skills to deliver effective demonstrations, guide solution evaluations, and translate customer requirements into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable identity, risk, and security solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with IT, cybersecurity, identity management, and risk stakeholders.
• Design and present solutions covering identity governance, access management, security automation, and compliance.
• Deliver customer-focused demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept (POC) presentations.
• Explain how ServiceNow security capabilities integrate with existing enterprise platforms and workflows Jobs in Saudi Arabia.
• Translate technical capabilities into business benefits, including reduced risk, improved compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support complex enterprise sales cycles, identify technical challenges, and provide appropriate solution recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, sales partners, and senior business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to share customer feedback and improve solution strategies.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity developments, AI technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Proven success in supporting enterprise sales opportunities, technical evaluations, and deal outcomes .
• Strong knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and enterprise security practices.
• Understanding of identity governance, identity and access management, access controls, and risk management.
• Experience managing technical aspects of complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and demonstrate their value through practical business solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and consultative storytelling skills.
• Confidence in communicating with technical professionals, business leaders, and executive decision-makers.
• Proactive interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies that improve solution design and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and adapt to a fast-paced business environment gulf Jobs .
