SSA Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Luxury Villa Fit-Out on behalf of a contractor specializing in premium residential developments in Dubai.

This position requires a construction professional with proven expertise in managing residential villa fit-out activities, coordinating specialist trades, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to approved designs, technical specifications, and established quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor construction progress, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and resolve technical challenges throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential villa projects, including relevant fit-out work.

• Experience keeping an eye on construction progress, quality standards, project schedules, and site safety protocols.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality throughout every stage of project delivery.
• Experience working with high-end residential clients, interior designers, or specialist joinery contractors is particularly relevant.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or project management software should be mentioned in the application, where applicable.
