Key Responsibilities

•  Organise and monitor the employee performance management cycle, including annual appraisals, interim reviews, objective setting, and other scheduled evaluation activities.
• Assist managers and employees in developing clear, measurable performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect individual responsibilities, departmental targets, and organisational priorities.
•  Track the progress of employee assessments, communicate important deadlines, and follow up with managers and employees to ensure reviews are completed within the required timeframes.
•  Maintain employee appraisal records, performance databases, and supporting HR documentation, ensuring that information is accurate, appropriately stored, and handled confidentially.
•  Prepare performance summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations that help management understand evaluation results, identify trends, and recognize areas where additional support or improvement may be required Jobs in Dubai .
•  Review performance information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate missing information, correct discrepancies, and maintain reliable records.

•  Assist in identifying opportunities to improve appraisal workflows, reporting methods, recordkeeping, and the overall efficiency of performance management activities.
•  Communicate with HR colleagues, department managers, and other stakeholders to resolve performance-related administrative issues and support the timely exchange of information.
• Undertake other relevant HR responsibilities assigned by management in accordance with departmental requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certifications, such as SHRM, SPHR, or CIPD, are considered an advantage.
• Sound understanding of employee performance management, appraisal procedures, KPI development, and performance objective setting.
• Ability to review HR information, interpret performance data, and prepare clear reports for management.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain HR procedures and coordinate effectively with employees and managers.
• High attention to detail when reviewing employee records, performance documentation, and reporting information.
• Ability to handle confidential personnel information responsibly and maintain appropriate discretion.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to resolving discrepancies, supporting stakeholders, and improving administrative processes.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in performance management, human resources, people analytics, or a similar HR-related position.
• Previous involvement in coordinating employee appraisal cycles, tracking review progress, and supporting performance evaluation activities.
• Practical experience assisting with the preparation and monitoring of employee objectives and key performance indicators.
• Experience compiling HR reports, analyzing performance information, and presenting relevant findings to management or HR stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate employee records and manage confidential performance documentation.
