Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assume total accountability for the success of the company, including profitability and P&L management.
• Direct the company’s manufacturing and plant operations to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost objectives.
• Review production performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, resource utilization, and operating margins.
• Provide leadership across procurement, supply chain, distribution, and related operational functions.
• Maintain effective quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support commercial and sales teams in achieving revenue and market-development objectives.
• Clearly define operational priorities and make sure that both plant and commercial teams are carrying them out successfully.
• Monitor business results, operational indicators, costs, and productivity, taking corrective action where required GCC jobs.

Candidate Requirements & Experience

The ideal candidate should bring substantial senior management experience from the food manufacturing or FMCG production sector.

Key requirements include:

• Proven experience in a senior executive or general management position within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a comparable production business.
• Strong knowledge of factory and manufacturing operations.
• Practical understanding of food quality requirements and production standards.
• Significant exposure to supply chain, procurement, distribution, and operational planning.
• Demonstrated capacity to oversee P&L performance and corporate profitability.
• Experience overseeing several commercial operations and managing sizable teams.
• A proven history of improving productivity, efficiency, cost performance, or operating margins.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions based on both operational and financial considerations.
• Excellent leadership, people-management, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience dealing directly with owners, shareholders, or other important corporate stakeholders.
• The capacity to spearhead strategic projects pertaining to capacity building, business expansion, and new product opportunities.
• Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia will be highly advantageous.
• A practical, results-driven leadership style with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.
