Snoonu is seeking an experienced (R2R) to lead group-wide accounting, financial reporting, consolidation and IFRS compliance. The role involves managing financial operations, strengthening internal controls and supporting the company’s expansion across the GCC.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Lead monthly and annual financial closing across all group entities.
• Manage group consolidation, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, including IFRS 3, 9, 15 and 16.
• Oversee acquisitions, lease accounting, fixed assets and Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP).
• Manage statutory audits and external auditor relationships jobs in Qatar.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance updates.
• Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Develop accounting teams and strengthen financial controls.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring as Head of Record to Report

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA; fully qualified ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-country accounts, preferably across the GCC.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo or similar ERP systems .
• Proven experience in external audits, M&A accounting and team leadership.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
