The organization is seeking an experienced Director – Cyber Security to lead its enterprise cybersecurity strategy across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for protecting critical digital assets, industrial systems, infrastructure, and information against evolving cyber threats. The position requires strong knowledge of IT/OT security, cloud infrastructure, industrial control systems, secure architecture, cybersecurity governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise cybersecurity program across IT and OT environments in Azure security.
• Establish cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, controls, and governance practices aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and report cybersecurity and information risks while supporting effective mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with OT, automation, plant engineering, and control-system teams to protect industrial environments without affecting safety, production, or operational performance.
• Strengthen secure integration between IT and OT networks while maintaining appropriate segmentation and protection against lateral movement.
• Oversee cybersecurity budgets, project priorities, technology investments, and financial performance for IT and OT security activities.
• Develop cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees, management, and technical teams  Jobs in Dubai.
• Manage relationships with security vendors, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop cybersecurity teams by setting objectives, managing performance, supporting professional development, and building technical capability.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance activities, vulnerability management, assessments, and remediation programs.
• Coordinate with first- and third-line assurance functions to maintain alignment across cybersecurity protection, operations, and audit activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience covering IT and OT systems, cybersecurity, networking, cloud infrastructure, system development, and security management.
• At least 4 years of progressively increasing managerial responsibility is preferred.
• Experience managing IT/OT cybersecurity vendors and contractor relationships.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, OT security, and secure IT/OT integration.
• Expertise in cybersecurity architecture, network security, identity and access management, application security, vulnerability management, and information security governance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Data Bricks, networking, and IoT environments.
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS security requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, PMP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills IT Security.
• Capacity to communicate intricate cybersecurity issues to both technical and non-technical parties.
