Overview Of The Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for Dubai Festival Plaza Mall. The role involves managing the customer service desk, assisting visitors, handling enquiries and complaints, and maintaining high service standards to improve the overall mall experience.

What You Will Do

• Assist visitors with store locations, mall facilities, operating hours, promotions and events.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide directions and support with lost property, wheelchairs and strollers.
• Promote mall gift cards, offers and activities .
• Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Coordinate with security, operations and marketing teams.
• Support mall events and provide basic emergency assistance when required.
• Maintain updated knowledge of mall facilities, stores and services.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to visitors gulf jobs.
• Address customer concerns within assigned authority and work towards satisfactory solutions.
• Cooperate with customer service colleagues and other departments to support smooth operations.
• Share customer feedback and visitor insights with management to help improve service quality.

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of administration, sales and accounting.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

What Qualifies You For The Role

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a mall, hospitality or front-desk environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual and approachable personality.
• Ability to work outside standard business hours when required.
