Job Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer in Riyadh to oversee construction activities, quality, technical compliance, and site progress for major building and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works including roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, foundations, and external infrastructure.
• Review contractor drawings, materials, construction methods, and technical submissions.
• Monitor site quality, inspections, testing, and compliance with project specifications.
• Track construction progress, resources, milestones, delays, and site issues.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain essential site reports, inspection records, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision consultancy experience on major building projects.
• Experience with large-scale buildings, hotels, resorts, convention centers, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction standards, quality control, and inspection procedures.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.
• Professional engineering registration or relevant accreditation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
