ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER Full Time Permanent

Job Overview

The Plaza Doha is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise the service team, maintain guest satisfaction, and help achieve high standards in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, service delivery, stock control, and cost management.
• Lead and support restaurant staff through coaching, training, and performance guidance.
• Monitor guest feedback and handle service concerns professionally.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, upselling, and revenue growth.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager on planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant management, food & beverage operations, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards, team supervision, and daily operations.
• Good organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy hospitality environment.
