Project Manager – Design & Construction, Real Estate Services Full Time Permanent

Job Duties

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Real Estate Services projects involving the design, construction, renovation, and replacement of company facilities. The role covers offices, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, service centers, and operational infrastructure.

The selected candidate will manage project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure projects meet business objectives, quality expectations, and operational requirements.

• Plan and manage assigned facility design, construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation activities.
• Oversee construction and facility development work across different operational locations.
• Supervise subcontractor activities through subordinate personnel, managing teams of up to 20 subcontract employees.
• Coordinate multiple project activities and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Establish work priorities and administer project policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and service delivery to achieve agreed targets.
• Manage project-related responsibilities that directly contribute to business performance and operational value.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines and short turnaround requirements.
• Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Experience requirements

• University degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Project Management or Construction Management.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience with a project management consultancy or construction company.
• Practical project management experience in oil and gas construction projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of facility construction, renovation, contractor supervision, and project coordination Jobs in Kuwait.
• PMI registration or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and SAP is required; knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in demanding environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.
