Job Overview

Prime Choice HR Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Senior Business Development Executive on behalf of a chemical manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The position focuses on expanding business opportunities, developing new markets, and increasing sales of industrial chemical products, including polyester resins, alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions, specialty polymers, and polyols.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of chemical raw materials, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with industrial customers across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and export markets.
• Promote saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd and modified alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions, specialty polymers, and polyols.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers in the paints, coatings, adhesives, composites, fibreglass/GRP, and polyurethane industries.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets Jobs in UAE.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and quality teams regarding customer specifications, product samples, trials, and approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional sales and market expansion.
• Support export business development and identify potential distribution or commercial partnerships.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales and business development experience within the chemical manufacturing or industrial chemicals sector.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience generating new business, securing industrial customers, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of chemical products, industrial applications, technical specifications, and B2B sales processes gulf Jobs.
• Previous experience selling resins, polymers, emulsions, polyols, or related chemical raw materials is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the paints, coatings, adhesives, composites, fibreglass, or polyurethane industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, evaluate customer requirements, and develop effective commercial solutions.
• Knowledge of UAE and GCC industrial markets and previous export sales experience are advantageous.
• Willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah and travel for business when required.
