Job Description

Abu Dhabi Manpower Supply is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment coordination, manpower operations, and day-to-day HR administration in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have practical UAE HR experience within a manpower supply company, with strong knowledge of payroll, employee documentation, labor regulations, and workforce mobilization.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Coordinate recruitment activities, employee deployment, and manpower mobilization according to operational requirements gulf jobs.
• Manage UAE payroll processing, attendance records, and related employee data accurately and within established deadlines.
• Maintain employment documentation and ensure HR procedures comply with UAE Labor Law.
• Coordinate employee visas, work permits, onboarding, and other employment formalities.
• Support employee relations, address routine HR matters, and maintain effective communication between staff and management.
• Handle daily HR administration, personnel files, and confidential employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, update workforce information, and maintain accurate records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support workforce requirements and timely employee mobilization.
• Maintain organized HR documentation and assist with ongoing administrative and compliance requirements Job in Dubai UAE.

Required Experience Qualification

• 5–7 years of relevant UAE HR experience, preferably within a manpower supply company.
• Practical experience in recruitment coordination, payroll, attendance management, and employee mobilization.
• Sound understanding of UAE employment procedures, labor regulations, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and employee record management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Graduate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
