Job Overview

Euro Motors, part of Alzayani Investments, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support its payroll and employee administration activities in Bahrain. The role is responsible for helping ensure that employee salaries and related payments are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

This position is suitable for an accounting, finance, or payroll professional who is comfortable working with employee records, payroll data, spreadsheets, and payroll software. The successful candidate will work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate payroll information, respond to employee questions, prepare reports, and assist with payroll-related compliance and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Support the preparation and processing of monthly employee payroll.
• Calculate and verify salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Review payroll information carefully before processing to identify discrepancies or missing details.
• Ensure payroll activities are completed according to established schedules and internal procedures.
• Maintain appropriate records of payroll transactions and supporting documentation.

Employee Records Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Update employee information following approved changes to salary, benefits, personal details, or employment status.
• Organize payroll-related documents and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Protect confidential employee and salary information at all times.
• Ensure payroll records are complete and available for authorized review when required.

Payroll Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare payroll summaries and reports for management and relevant departments.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation and investigate differences or unusual entries.
• Provide accurate payroll information to HR and Finance jobs in Bahrain.
• Support the preparation of information required for financial reporting and internal reviews.
• Maintain organized records for payroll analysis and reporting purposes.

Employee Payroll Support

• Respond professionally to employee questions regarding salaries, deductions, overtime, and other payroll matters.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Provide clear and timely communication regarding payroll-related matters.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Follow applicable Bahrain labor requirements, payroll regulations, and company policies.
• Keep informed about relevant changes affecting payroll administration.
• Assist with annual payroll audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
• Follow internal controls and procedures designed to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.

HR & Finance Coordination

• Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure employee and payroll information is properly coordinated.
• Assist with approved employee changes that affect payroll.
• Support administrative and financial tasks related to payroll operations.
• Contribute to process improvements that can increase payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related accounting/finance role.
• Previous exposure to payroll processing, preferably within a multinational or structured business environment .
• Knowledge of applicable local payroll laws and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information responsibly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills HR jobs .
• Willingness to learn payroll processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
