Position Overview

Mannai Networks is seeking an L1 NOC Analyst to support round-the-clock Network Operations Center activities.

The successful candidate will monitor network alerts, carry out initial checks and troubleshooting, record incidents accurately, and refer issues to the appropriate L2 team when required. The position follows established service-level and operational procedures.

Key Duties

• Monitor network activity, alerts, and events using available monitoring dashboards and tools.

• Carry out initial checks when network links fail, devices become unreachable, utilization levels are high, or basic network issues are detected.

• Create and maintain incident records with relevant timestamps, updates, and troubleshooting information.

• Use established triage procedures and refer incidents to L2 support according to their priority and business impact.

• Maintain shift records, handover information, and required operational documentation.

• Respond to alerts within the applicable SLA and start initial troubleshooting without unnecessary delay.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in network monitoring or NOC operations.

• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, monitoring tools, incident recording, and escalation procedures.

• Previous exposure to ticketing platforms and shift-based operations will be an advantage.

• Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred.

• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
