Job Overview

Askar is hiring an experienced Retail Project Manager with a background in joinery manufacturing, interior fit-out, and retail installation projects. The role involves managing projects from planning and manufacturing through site installation and final handover while coordinating clients, contractors, factory teams, and site personnel Retail Project Manager Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kick-off to final handover, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, fit-out teams, factory teams, and site personnel.
• Ability to monitor project schedules, site progress, installation activities, and technical requirements.
• Conduct site visits and support joinery setting-out, fabrication, and installation when required.
• Resolve technical and project-related issues and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage multiple projects independently and travel across the MENA region when required and managing abilities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in joinery manufacturing, retail, interior fit-out, hospitality, or entertainment projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication, materials, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in English, AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
• Strong project management, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project requirements and work friendly.
