Job Overview

FuntoNetwork is looking for an experienced Public Sector IT Proposal Manager to support proposal and tender activities connected with Saudi Ministry of Finance procurement and Etimad workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal schedules, documentation, task assignments, and compliance checklists.
• Coordinate resumes, technical inputs, pricing information, supporting documents, and submission readiness.
• Review project requirements, scope, deadlines, and client documentation.
• Support bid preparation, quality checks, progress updates, and stakeholder coordination.
• Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, Teams/Zoom, and relevant workflow platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in IT proposal management, consulting, project management, or related roles.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and strict project deadlines.
• Public-sector, enterprise, or consulting experience is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
