PROGRAM CONSULTANT – CYBER SECURITY Full Time Permanent

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Consultant – Cyber Security Awareness and Governance to manage cyber security awareness programs, governance, training, and initiatives that strengthen the organization’s security culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve cyber security awareness programs.
• Plan campaigns, training, workshops, and phishing simulations.
• Maintain awareness policies, processes, and governance.
• Manage security awareness content and platforms.
• Track KPIs, participation, and program performance.
• Prepare reports and updates for management.
• Coordinate with security, HR, compliance, and business teams.
• Identify awareness gaps and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cyber security, governance, awareness, or risk management.
• Experience with enterprise security awareness programs and phishing simulation tools.
• Strong governance, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• CISSP, CISM, Security+, ISO 27001, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.
